| dc.description.abstract | Food practices are shaped by the circumstances of daily life and COVID-19 has changed these circumstances for many with the risk of undernutrition. We had carried out a retrospective survey in the hospital Che Guevara of Mostaganem and other Wilayas , 63 people and repacked our questionnaire. The objective of this study is to describe the role of nutritional management in COVID-19 patients after being in intensive care or intensive care. We collected their phenotypic information, présentation of infection and biological data. The results show That 39% of patients had weight loss. The MNA assessment found that 12.9% of our patients are undernourished, and that 43% are at risk of undernutrition. Early nutritional management of COVID-19 patients is required. | en_US |
