Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of educational planning in the development of human resources in Nahari Muhammad Intermediate School, and to identify the extent to which educational planning achieves social and cultural goals to contribute to the development of human resources. As well as the extent to which education planning achieves economic and political goals in human resource development, The study used the descriptive analytical method to achieve its goals, and also relied on the questionnaire tool in the field study that was conducted at the midday level of Muhammad on a sample of 27 employees. Finally, I reached the following results: There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance ( ) for the contribution of education planning to the development of human resources in Nahari Muhammad Intermediate School, While there is no statistically significant effect at the level of significance ( ) for the contribution of each of the dimensions of social goals, political goals, and cultural goals of education planning in the development of human resources in Nahari Muhammad Intermediate School,
