Which requires economic institutions wishing to internationalize their activities to adopt environmental standards and comply with environmental legislation applied by the economic blocs to enter the products to their countries and create the necessary competitiveness to prevent loss of their share in international markets. The internationalization of institutions in the new trading system is one of the important issues that Occupies a high position in the programs of various governments of importance and its role in advancing economic development and the discovery of new markets for products and services produced locally. This study is intended to explain the correlation between the two variables in some leading international institutions and Algerian institutions and to identify the strengths of the first, in which they were able to harness environmental standards and regulations in line with their productive policies and their commercial and environmental aspects, Suffer from Algerian institutions that prevent their compliance with these standards, which led to the decline of their competitiveness and limited access to international markets on the other.
