Évaluation de la qualité des eaux usées industrielle au niveau de la STEP au complexe GNL3Z

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail, est d’évaluer la qualité physico-chimique des eaux usées industrielles de la STEP d’Arzew en référence avec les normes mise en dispositions dans le journal officiel de la république algérienne démocratique et populaire. A cet égard, le traitement des eaux usées à la Station d’épuration d’Arzew et (STEP) suit plusieurs étapes, à savoir le prétraitement, le traitement biologique, la clarification, la désinfection et le rejet. LES paramètres physico-chimiques (pH, Température, DBO5, DCO, MES…) et les métaux lourds ont été suivis durant une année allant de mars jusqu’au mars ; les prélèvements ont été prise au niveau de deux points : l’entrée et la sortie vers mer. Les résultats des paramètres physico-chimiques obtenus à partir des mesures et des analyses effectuées ont montré que les valeurs sont conformes aux normes de rejet des eaux usées vers mers. Abstract The aim of this study is to evaluate the physicochemical quality of industrial wastewater at the Arzew Wastewater Treatment Plant, in accordance with the standards established by the Official Journal of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. In this context, the wastewater treatment process at the Arzew WWTP involves several stages, namely: pretreatment, biological treatment, clarification, disinfection, and final discharge. The physicochemical parameters (pH, temperature, BOD5, COD, TSS, etc.) as well as heavy metals were monitored over a oneyear period, from March to March. Samples were collected from two different points: the inlet of the treatment plant and the final discharge point into the sea. The results obtained from the measurements and analyses showed that the physicochemical parameter values comply with the standards for wastewater discharge into the marine environment. ملخص يهدف هذا العمل إلى تقييم الجودة الفيزيائية والكيميائية للمياه المستعملة الصناعية بمحطة تطهير أرزيو، وذلك باالعتماد على المعايير المنصوص عليها في الجريدة الرسمية للجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية. وفي هذا اإلطار، تمر عملية معالجة المياه المستعملة بمحطة التطهير بأرزيو بعدة مراحل تتمثل في: المعالجة األولية، المعالجة البيولوجية، التوضيح، التطهير، ثم التصريف النهائي، تمت متابعة المعايير الفيزيائية والكيميائية )الرقم الهيدروجيني، درجة الحرارة، الطلب البيوكيميائي لألكسجين، الطلب الكيميائي لألكسجين، المواد العالقة، وغيرها( باإلضافة إلى المعادن الثقيلة، لمدة سنة كاملة ُخذت العينات من نقطتين أساسيتين: مدخل المحطة ونقطة من شهر مارس إلى غاية شهر مارس من السنة الموالية. وقد أ التصريف نحو البحر. وأظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها من القياسات والتحاليل المنجزة أن قيم المعايير الفيزيائية والكيميائية مطابقة لمعايير تصريف المياه المستعملة في الوسط البحري
