Étude et modélisation numérique de la valorisation du condensat issu de l’unité GPL par la colonne de stabilisation DA4501 au niveau de RHOURDE EL BAGUEL-OUARGLA

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of introducing the condensate feed (which will be produced by the LPG train) at the 16th tray of the LP (Low Pressure) stabilization column on its proper operation. In the event that this new feed does not cause any technical issues, the amount of heat to be supplied by the reboiler and the required column bottom temperature will be determined, in order to ensure that the RVP (Reid Vapor Pressure) value of the stabilized crude oil complies with Algerian transport and storage standards, which is 10 psi. Résumé L’objectif de cette étude est la détermination de l’influence de l’introduction de la charge de condensât (qui sera produit par le train GPL) au niveau du 16ème plateau de la colonne de stabilisation LP sur le bon fonctionnement de cette dernière. Dans le cas où cette nouvelle charge n’engendre pas de problèmes techniques, on déterminera la quantité de chaleur que doit fournir le rebouilleur et la température de fond de colonne nécessaire pour assurer la valeur de la TVR du pétrole brut stabilisé qui correspond aux normes de transport et de stockage algériens, soit égale à 10 psi.
