Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الضغوط النفسية لأستاذات التربية البدنية و الرياضية في الطور الابتدائي مستعانم .غبيزان. معسكر. وأثارهما على التوافق المهني العاملين في المؤسسات التربوية نتيجة لما تسبب هذه الضغوط من نتائج سلبية على الجانب النفسي للعمال وارتباطها بأدائهم مما تسبب ارتفاع حوادث العمال، الشيء الذي يلحق بهذه المؤسسات خسائر كبيرة كانخفاض الإنتاج و معرفة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والتوافق المهني و إذا ما كانت توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الضغوط النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى عينة البحث . // // // // The current study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress among female physical education and sports teachers in primary schools in Mosta'anem, relizan, and Mascara. It also examined its impact on the professional adjustment of those working in educational institutions, as a result of the negative psychological consequences of these stressors and their association with their performance, which led to. This causes these institutions significant losses, such as decreased productivity. This study aims to identify the relationship between psychological stress and professional compatibility, and to determine whether there is a correlation between psychological stress and professional compatibility among the research sample.
