أثر إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في فعاليات التدقيق المحاسبي

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة لمعالجة الاشكالية التالية: ما مدى تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على التدقيق المحاسبي؟ لأن تكنولوجيا المعلومات أصبحت تستخدم في كل المؤسسات بكل مكوناتها وهذا لما تحققه من سرعة ودقة في الأداء. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بتقديم إطار نظري لموضوع الدراسة وثالثهما ميداني أو تطبيقي تمثل في اجراء دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة سوناطراك مركب GP1/Z ، وهذا لمعرفة واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة وتأثيرها على التدقيق المحاسبي. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: مكنت تكنولوجيا المعلومات المدقق بالاستفادة من امكانيات تنفيذ هذه الأعمال بسرعة وبدقة أكبر كما انها سهلت تكنولوجيا المعلومات للمدقق عملية التحقق من صحة العمليات وبتكلفة أقل من الأداء اليدوي .

This study has been conducted to treat the following problematic : to which extent does the use of information technology influence on the accounting audit at the economic institution ? Because information technology is, at present, used in all institution, in all their components consequently to its speed and accuracy in performance. For that purpose , we presented a theoretical framework for the study subject ,then afield or applied one ,consisting in conducting afield study at the company of sonatrach ,complex' GP1/Z ' to now the reality of information technology at the company under study and its impact on the accounting audit. The study concluded to some results, notably: the information technology enabled the auditor to benefit from of the application of these tasks quickly and with a greater accuracy. Also information technology facilitated to the auditor the process to ensure the validity of information at a lower expense than the one of manual performance. ,
