Analyse physico chimique et phyto planctonique du barrageSIDI ALHADJEL

Abstract

Water is a natural element essential for life. It is a necessary wealth for all human activity. It is the heritage of a nation. The main objective of this present study was to assess the physicochemical quality of the water from the SIDI ALHADJEL dam located down stream from the confluence of Oued Chlef in the east of the region of Mostaganem, wilaya of Mostaganem. This study concerns the bio-ecological characterization of the SIDI ALHADJEL dam. It allowed us to gain insight into the bioecological situation of the aquatic environment by measuring several physicochemical parameters of the water and by studying the flora richness in phytoplankton. Sampling was planned monthly over a period of four months between March 2020 and June 2020. The results obtained would have made it possible to control the physicochemical quality of the water thanks to the data obtained such as temperature, pH, dry residue content, the level of oxygen, the content of nitrites, nitrates and phosphates.
