ملخص البحث: كان عنوان دراستنا أهمية التحضيرالبدني في التدريب الرياضي الحديث ودوره في التقليل من الإصابات الرياضية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم, بحث كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة إبراز أهمية التحضير البدني ودوره في التقليل من الإصابات الرياضية قبل وأثناء المنافسة, مما أدى إلى طرح عدة تساؤلات حول هذه الدراسة, تساؤل عام والذي هو كالآتي:هل للتحضير البدني في التدريب الرياضي الحديث العام والخاص دور في التقليل من الاصابات الرياضية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم؟ Résumé de la recherche: Le titre de notre étude était l'importance de la préparation physique dans l'entraînement sportif moderne et son rôle dans la réduction des blessures sportives chez les joueurs de football.Une question générale, qui est la suivante : La préparation physique dans l'entraînement sportif moderne public et privé a-t-elle un rôle dans la réduction blessures sportives chez les footballeurs ? The title of our study was the importance of physical preparation in modern sports training and its role in reducing sports injuries among football players.
