سمات أستاذ التربية البدنيةالرياضية وعلاقتها بالجانب النفسي لتلاميذ الابتدائي 9-12سنة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى:معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الأستاذ و التلميذ الابتدائي عن طريق سمات أو شخصيته التي تفرض مكانته في التدريس و الحصول على ايجابيات بهدف فرض مكانة الأستاذ لي تخصصه التربية البدنية و الرياضية في الطور الابتدائي، و اقتصرت نظريات البحث على أن طبيعة العلاقة بين الطرفين بارتكاز على سمات التي تتحكم في جانب النفسي لهذه الفئة علاقة ايجابية،و أن مستوى الأداء من جانب التحكم و سير الحصص من طرف الأستاذ المتخصص كان جيد و مفيد،و قد اشتمل عدد العينة على 90 تلميذ للمستوى السنة الخامسة ابتدائي ،و قد تم اختيار عينة البحث من مختلف المناطق . كما تطرقنا لفئة العمرية و هي الطفولة المتأخرة (9-13 سنة) التي هي عنصر مهم في المجتمع أو داخل المنظومة التربوية فهي مرحلة التقدم التي تهيئ الطفل نفسيا للذهاب إلى المرحلة المتوسط مستوعب النشاطات الرياضية فهي تهدف إلى تكوينه ورسخ أفكار و الكشف عن الإبداع للطفل داخل المحيط الدراسي و ذلك ناتج عن أستاذ المادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية تم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان على شكل أسئلة مباشرة واختيارية واضحة لا تحمل غموضا و في الأخير نوصي بان يكون دعم للأستاذ صاحب اختصاص التربية البدنية والرياضية وأن يتحلى هذا الأخير بسمات عديدة تترك في نفسية تلميذ حب المادة // // // // //
