dc.description.abstractWorker is considered as the success of any establishment, throughout the work he performs and his effors,sience,and skills since he is the only element that runs all the other resources of the establishment, thus it requires much concern and following up the development of human relationships which lead to raise the moral spirits of the worker and to rais the functionality in general the study tri to answer this enquiry: Do human relations have a role in raising job performance? We find many conclusions; the most important -All the members of the study sample agree that the concern in human relations are positively reflected on job performance The data of the applied study indicated the relationship between the impact of human Relation on the performance of nurses The study arrives to some finding, the most important:- The need to pay attention to human relation; which have a positive role in raising the performance of nurses.en_US
