It differs from traditional management which is characterized by routine and complexity, as well as stopping work when having either a crisis or natural disasters. Electronic management has emerged effectively after The Corona pandemic crisis, which imposed a state of health emergency in all countries of the world; Therefore, countries were obliged to keep providing public services. As a result, those countries make use of electronic management in providing services.
