Abstract

Le but de cette étude est de connaître le point de vue des professeurs encadrants sur la compétence professionnelle des étudiants qu'ils ont stagiaires, où le chercheur a utilisé l'approche descriptive et inférentielle pour étudier et analyser ce phénomène, et l'échantillon de recherche était de 40 professeurs encadrants, où le chercheur a distribué un ensemble de questions qui soulèvent le problème dusujet sous forme de questionnaires. Un questionnaire a été utilisé et des méthodes statistiques qui soutiennent l'outil de recherche ont été utilisées, à savoir la moyenne arithmétique, le pourcentage, l'écart type, le cercle relatif, le coefficient alpha de Krombach, et lesrésultats de l'étude ont abouti à des différences statistiquement significatives entre les étudiants potentiels en termes de compétence professionnelle ملخص الد ا رسة بالإنجليزية: The aim of this study is to know the point of view of the supervising professors about the professional competence of the students they have trainees, where the researcher used the descriptive and inferential approach to study and analyze this phenomenon, and the research sample was 40 supervising professors, where the researcher distributed a set of questions that raise the problem of the topic in the form of questionnaires A questionnaire was used, and statistical methods that support the research tool were used, which were the arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, relative circle, Krombach's alpha coefficient, and the results of the study resulted in statistically significant differences between the prospective students in terms of professional competenc
