دور الخدمات الإرشادية في مساعدة التلاميذ على بناء مشروعهم الشخصي من وجهة نظرهم

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الخدمات الإرشادية في مساعدة التلاميذ في بناء المشروع الشخصي من وجهة نظرهم، وقد أُجريت الدراسة على عينة من تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي بمستغانم قوامها (80) تلميذًا وتلميذة في السنة الدراسية 2024/2025، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام استبيان "الخدمات الإرشادية لبناء المشروع الشخصي" من إعداد حمدي بثينة (2021) كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، تمت معالجة البيانات باستعمال المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: • للخدمات الإرشادية دور في تحديد التصورات السليمة حول المشروع الشخصي من وجهة نظر التلاميذ، وكان ذلك بدرجة متوسطة. • للخدمات الإرشادية دور في مساعدة التلاميذ على إدراك الإيجابيات والسلبيات المرتبطة باختياراتهم المستقبلية من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة متوسطة. • تسهم الخدمات الإرشادية في تعزيز القناعة لدى التلاميذ بمشروعهم الشخصي من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة متوسطة. • للخدمات الإرشادية دور في تمكين التلاميذ من وضع خطوات عملية لبناء مشروعهم الشخصي من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة متوسطة. The study aimed to identify the role of guidance services in assisting students in building their personal project. The study was conducted on a sample of third-year secondary school students in Mostaganem, consisting of 80 male and female students during the 2024/2025 academic year. The sample was selected using the simple random sampling method. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted. The "Guidance Services Questionnaire for Building the Personal Project," prepared by Hamdi Boutheina (2021), was used as the data collection tool. After verifying its psychometric properties, the data were analyzed using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The study reached the following results: • Guidance services play a moderate role in helping students form accurate perceptions about their personal project from their point of view. • Guidance services moderately assist students in recognizing the positives and negatives related to their future choices from their perspective. • Guidance services contribute moderately to reinforcing students' conviction in their personal project from their point of view. • Guidance services play a moderate role in enabling students to establish practical steps to build their personal project from their point of view.
