The urinary infections are infections of the urinary tract. Infection usually begins in the urethra or the bladder. The ascending infection is the pathogen spreads respectively in the ureter or renal pelvis. Women and boys are the most susceptible to urinary tract infections. Women and men over 50 suffer almost equally of infections of the urinary tract. About one in three pregnant women suffer at least once during pregnancy or after delivery of a urinary tract infection. In this study we used the method of urinalysis for diagnosing urinary tract infections. We purified thereafter our isolates, followed by microbiological identification tests were performed to identify our isolates. The last test is tested the sensitivity against the antibiotics. This examination shows the presence of abnormal white blood cells in the urine which is characterized essentially by bacteriuria and leukocyte, the microbiological analysis shows the presence of Staphylococcus and other bacteria. Our work has allowed us to isolate the Staphylococcus sp from the boil of a patient with a urinary infection. The highlighted resistance to antibiotics by disk diffusion method in solid medium (sensitivity) to show that Staphylococcus sp sensitive to ciprofloxacin, cefotaxim, penicillin and oxacillin. In conclusion, staphylococci are pathogenic bacteria that may cause urinary tract infection and are resistant to several antibiotics.en_US
