Abstract

This study has been conducted to explore the mechanisms and the strategies of financing and supporting the small medium enterprises in algeriaand the extent of the effectiveness of these policies and their contribution in bettering and improving this type of entreprises through the examiniation of theree national small loans manadment agency, and the national fund of unemployment insurance,this from the findings regarding the activeness of each of these committees at the level of the wilaya of mostaganem, we found that these committees still have a relatively low contribution rate in responding to the remuirements of the economic environment.
