Abstract

The study aimed to show the impact of strategic change on the development of economic institutions, and highlights the aspects in which strategic change takes place ,After collecting and analyzing the data, our study concluded a number of results, including: - Awareness and awareness of the hotel staff of concept and importance of implementing change management. - AZ hotel has adopted the change method that touched different aspects of this hotel. - The change in The AZ Hotel isimposed by internal and external needs. - The hotel under study faces difficulties while adopting this method, the most important of which is the workers’ resistance to change. In light of these results, we have put forward some proposals that can be used to achieve successful Strategic change.
