Abstract

ﻣﻠﺨﺺ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ :

ﻋﻨـﻮان اﻟﺪراﺳـﺔ"إﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﳌﻮﻫـﻮﺑﲔ ﰲ اﻟﻜـﺮة اﻟﻄـﺎﺋﺮة ﻣـﻦ وﺟﻬـﺔ ﻧﻈـﺮ اﺳـﺘﺎذ اﻟﱰﺑﻴـﺔ اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴـﺔ واﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿـﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺮﺣﻠـﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﺮﻳﺔ 12-11 ﺳﻨﺔ"

ﺪف اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إﱃ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ وﺟﻬﺔ ﻧﻈﺮ أﺳﺎﺗﺬة اﳌﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﳌﺘﻮﺳﻄﺔ ﰲ إﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﳌﻮﻫﻮﺑﲔ ﰲ اﻟﻜﺮة اﻟﻄﺎﺋﺮة. وﻳﺘﻤﺜﻞ ﻓﺮض اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﺑﺄن إﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﻟﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ اﳌﻮﻫﻮﺑﲔ ﰲ اﻟﻜﺮة اﻟﻄﺎﺋﺮة ﻳﻌﺎﱐ ﲨﻠﺔ ﻣﻦ اﳌﺸـﺎﻛﻞ اﻟـﱵ ﺗﻘـﻒ ﻋـﺎﺋﻖ ﰲ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻪ ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ و ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﺣﻴـﺚ أﺧـﺬ 40 أﺳـﺘﺎذ ﺗﻌﻠـﻴﻢ ﻣﺘﻮﺳـﻂﻛﻌﻴﻨـﺔ ﻟﻠﺒﺤـﺚ اﺧﺘـﲑوا ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘـﺔ ﻋﺸـﻮاﺋﻴﺔ ﺑﻠﻐـﺖ ﻧﺴـﺒﺔ % 21.97 ﻣـﻦ ﳎﺘﻤـﻊ اﻟﺪراﺳـﺔ (أﺳـﺎﺗﺬة اﻟﱰﺑﻴـﺔ اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴـﺔ و اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿـﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠـﻴﻢ اﳌﺘﻮﺳـﻂ ﻟﻮﻻﻳـﺔ ﻣﻌﺴـﻜﺮ) و اﻷدوات اﳌﺴـﺘﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﻫـﻲ : ﻃﺮﻳﻘـﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴـﻞ اﻟﺒﻴـﻮﻏﺮاﰲ-اﳌﻘﺎﺑﻠـﺔ-اﳌﻼﺣﻈـﺔ-اﻹﺳـﺘﺒﻴﺎن. وﻛـﺎن أﻫـﻢ اﺳـﺘﻨﺘﺎج ﺗﻮﺻـﻠﻨﺎ إﻟﻴـﻪ أن ﻋﻤﻠﻴـﺔ اﻧﺘﻘـﺎء اﳌﻮﻫـﻮﺑﲔ ﻻ ﺗﻘـﻮم ﻋﻠـﻰ أﺳـﺲ ﻋﻠﻤﻴـﺔ ﳏﻀـﺔ ٬ وﻗـﺪﻛـﺎن اﻗﱰاﺣﻨـﺎ

ﺗﺴﻄﲑ ﺑﺮاﻣﺞ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﻟﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ اﳌﻮﻫﻮﺑﲔ ﰲ اﻟﻜﺮة اﻟﻄﺎﺋﺮة

Résumé :

L'étude intitulée : « Sélection de volley-ball de talent dans la

perspective d'un professeur de physique éducation et des sports

stades de l'âge 11-12ans »

L'étude vise à connaître le point de vue des professeurs de collège

dans la sélection de volley -ball de talent .

L'imposition de l'étude que la sélection des élèves doués en

volleyball souffre d'un certain nombre de problèmes qui se dressent

obstacle à appliquer correctement et objectivement que de prendre

40 un professeur de recherche moyenne de l'échantillon de

l'éducation ont été choisis au hasard élevé à 21,97% de la

population de l'étude (les professeurs d'éducation physique et

sportive moyen d'éducation du mandat Camp) et les outils utilisés
