| dc.description.abstract | ﻛﺎﻨت اﻟﻨواﻴﺎ اﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ ﻤن اجراءﻫذﻩ الدراسة اﻟﺘوﺼﻝ إﻟﻰ ﻛﺸف اﻟﺴﺘﺎر ﻋن ﻛﻔﺎءة ﻤﻌﻠﻤﻲ اﺒﺘداﺌﻴﺔ اﻹﺨوة ﺒن ﺸﻨﻴن (2) ﻓﻲ ﺘﺴﻴﻴر ٕواﺨ ارج درس اﻟﺘرﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨﻴﺔ ﺒﻐرض اﻛﺘﺸﺎف اﻟﻨﻘﺎﺌص اﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻛون ﺒﻤﺜﺎﺒﺔ اﻟوﺴﻴﻠﺔ لاقتراح اﻟﺤﻠوﻝ واﻟﺘﻲ ﻤن ﺸﺄﻨﻬﺎ ﺘﻐﻴﻴر ﻤﺎﻴﻤﻛن ﺘﻐﻴﻴرﻩ ﺒﺈذن اﷲ ﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻠﻴﺎ ٬ وﻤن أﺠﻝ اﻹﺠﺎﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺘﺴﺎؤﻝ اﻟد ارﺴﺔ اﻟذي ﺘﻤﺜﻝ ﻓﻲ "ﻫﻝ ﻟﻤﻌﻠﻤﻲ ﻤدرﺴﺔ اﻹﺨوة ﺒن ﺸﻨﻴن (2) اﻟﻛﻔﺎءة اﻟﻼزﻤﺔ ﻟﺘﺴﻴﻴر ٕواﺨ ارج درس اﻟﺘرﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨﻴﺔ" اﻓﺘرﻀﻨﺎ أن ﻤﻌﻠﻤﻲ ﻫذﻩ اﻟﻤدرﺴﺔ ﻟﻴﺴت ﻟدﻴﻬم اﻟﻛﻔﺎءة اﻟﻼزﻤﺔ ﻟﺘﺴﻴﻴر ٕواﺨ ارج درس اﻟﺘرﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨﻴﺔ وﻓﻲ ﺨﻀم ذﻟك ﺘم ﺘوزﻴﻊ اﺴﺘﻤﺎرة اﻻﺴﺘﺒﻴﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ 18 ﻤﻌﻠم ﻤن أﺼﻝ 18 وﺒﻌد ذﻟك ﺘم ﺠﻤﻌﻬﺎ وﺘﺤﻠﻴﻝ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺠﻬﺎ ﻋن طرﻴق اﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ اﻟﻤﺌوﻴﺔ واﺨﺘﺒﺎر ﺤﺴن اﻟﻤطﺎﺒﻘﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻤﺜﻝ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻛﺎف اﻟﺘرﺒﻴﻌﻲ وﻛﺎﻨت أﻫم ﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺘوﺼﻠﻨﺎ إﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻋدم اﻤﺘﻼك ﻤﻌظم ﻤﻌﻠﻤﻲ اﺒﺘداﺌﻴﺔ اﻻﺨوة ﺒن ﺸﻨﻴن (2) اﻟﻛﻔﺎءة ﻓﻲ ﺘﺴﻴﻴر ٕواﺨ ارج درس اﻟﺘرﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨﻴﺔ . وﻓﻲ اﻷﺨﻴر ﻨوﺼﻲ ﺒﻔﺘﺢ اﻟﻤﺠﺎﻝ ﻷﺼﺤﺎب اﻟﺘﺨﺼص ﻓﻲ ﻤﺠﺎﻝ اﻟﺘرﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨﻴﺔ واﻟرﻴﺎﻀﻴﺔ اﻟﺨرﻴﺠﻴن ﻤن اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻫد واﻟﺠﺎﻤﻌﺎت ﻟﻠﺘدرﻴس ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤدارس اﻻﺒﺘداﺌﻴﺔ وﻋدم اﻻﻛﺘﻔﺎء ﺒﺎﻟﻨﺼوص واﻟﻘواﻨﻴن اﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻠﺢ ﻋﻠﻰ ذﻟك. // // // // // // Study Summary The real intention of this study was to uncover the efficiency of the primary teachers of the IKHWA BEN CHENNINE (2) in preparing and directing the physical education lesson in order to discover the shortcomings that serve as a means to propose solutions that would change what can be changed by God willing in the future. The study question, which is in the "Are the teachers of the school of the IKHWA BEN CHENNINE (2) the competence necessary to conduct and take out the physical education lesson?" We assumed that the teachers of this school did not have the necessary competence to run and take out the physical education lesson. In the meantime, the questionnaire was distributed to 18 teachers out of 18 And then The most important result of this study was that most of the primary teachers of IKHWA BEN CHENNINE (2) did not have the competence to conduct and direct the physical education lesson. Finally, we recommend opening the field for those who specialize in the field of physical education and sports graduates from colleges and universities to teach in primary schools and not only texts and laws that insist on it . | en_US |
