Étude du Processus de Traitement du Chlore au niveau de la société ADWAN CHEMICAL LIMITED

Abstract

Le présent travail est consacré à l’étude du processus de traitement du chlore au sein de la société Adwan Chemical Limited, ainsi qu’à la vérification de la conformité du produit fini aux normes internes de l’entreprise. L’étude s’est principalement intéressée aux équipements et méthodes analytiques utilisés pour assurer le contrôle qualité du chlore produit. À travers une série d’analyses chimiques et physico-chimiques, nous avons évalué la conformité du chlore en fonction des critères de pureté, de concentration et de présence d’impuretés critiques. Les résultats obtenus confirment que le produit fabriqué répond globalement aux exigences de qualité fixées par l’entreprise, attestant ainsi de la maîtrise du procédé de traitement et du bon fonctionnement des systèmes de contrôle en place Mots Clés : Sel, Chlore, Électrolyse, Société Adwan Chemical Limited. Physicochemical analyses were conducted to assess key parameters such as chlorine purity, the presence of impurities (especially sulfate ions), and the performance of the electrolysis membranes. The results obtained confirm that the final product meets the required specifications, demonstrating effective process control and the efficiency of the quality assurance system implemented within Adwan Chemical Limited. Keywords: Salt, Chlorine, Electrolysis, Adwan Chemical Limited Company. يهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة عملية معالجة الكلور في شركة أدوان للكيماويات المحدودة، باإلضافة إلى التحقق من مطابقة المنتج النهائي لمعايير الجودة المعتمدة داخل الشركة. ركزت الدراسة على األجهزة والطرق التحليلية المستخدمة في مراقبة جودة الكلور المنتج بواسطة التحليل الكهربائي. وقد تم وكذلك (₄²⁻SO وخاصة أيونات الكبريتات)إجراء تحاليل فيزيائية وكيميائية لتقييم نقاوة الكلور، ورصد وجود الشوائب التأكد من كفاءة عمل أغشية التحليل الكهربائي. أظهرت النتائج المحصلة أن المنتج النهائي يطابق المواصفات الفنية المطلوبة، مما يدل على التحكم الجيد في العملية الصناعية وفعالية نظام مراقبة الجودة المطبق في شركة أدوان للكيماويات. الكلمات المفتاحية :ملح، كلور، تحليل كهربائي، مطابقة، تحليل
