Abstract

The health sector is recently witnessed by workers, and the many complaints of its beneficiaries, where the implementation of the so-called control of the health service has become the focus of health institutions' attention in order to reach the best health services and the quality required by the patient, This research aims to study the reality, effects and mechanisms of monitoring the health service in the Algerian Public Hospital Institution, and was special state The Aine Tadles hospital of the subject of our study, The study was able to find that oversight has an enormous and important impact on improving the quality of the health service, But we found that there is a near total lack of oversight in these institutions, because it lacks a system based on it, which requires the adoption of an effective and goal-oriented regulatory system
