Abstract

The issue of motivation is of great importance in modern organizations, because it is considered as a kind of investment in human resources, as it is considered a way for management to excite its members because it develops the capabilities of the individual, and is also considered as a solution to reduce several negative aspects in organizations such as delay, absenteeism, indifference at work and others. This work deals with the topic "The Impact of Motivation on Improving the Performance of Employees in the Health Institution". This study was carried out by taking a comprehensive view of the concepts related to motivation and showing its importance and role in influencing the performance of individuals within the organization, in addition to the theories explaining it and its types, as well as evaluating the performance of the individual and the work environment to help direct the path towards improving the performance of individuals. The field study was conducted on the hospital institution specializing in mental illnesses in the state of Mostaganem by asking a set of questions to the workers through which we concluded a set of .results using the descriptive analytical method of the results One of the most important findings is that the relationship between the use and diversity of incentives in the organization and the improvement of enemies is a direct relationship, that is, .the greater the motivation in the organization, the greater the performance and effectiveness
