Abstract

Knowledge management is one of the requirements for success for institutions, where its application is necessary due to the prominent role it plays in influencing total quality management, and it is considered one of the most important factors to face the major challenges that institutions are subject to, and knowledge management aims to create value and competitive advantage that helps it to Survival, growth and continuity. This study also highlights the importance of total quality management in strengthening the competitive advantage in light of the globalization train and the great challenges that have become facing the world today.
