dc.description.abstractThe study addressed the role of human resources management in the organization's strategic planning The prerequisite for effective human resources management in an institution is a positive relationship between the chosen individual and the required performance, Hence the importance of strategic human resources planning so that the planning process aims to obtain the right types of human resources in the right numbers to perform the work in the right time and in the right place In order to achieve the goals and efficiency of performance, there must be good planning that prompts institutions to choose the most appropriate methods and methods of planning that correspond to their size and type of activity as well as their culture and objectives. This study aims to reveal the extent to which strategic human resources planning contributes to the achievement of the Organization's objectives by conducting a field study in one of the economic public institutions, « the Sonelgaz » Foundation, through which strategic human resources planning in Algerian institutions in general and the institution in question in particular is reflecteden_US
