Abstract

This study has concluded that there is an effect of internal communication in improving the job performance of employees, as internal communication leads to an increase in the effectiveness of workers and raises their productivity through the incentives they receive, which makes them more willing to work and more accepting and supportive of the proposed administrative decisions.
