This relationship, between public contracts and local development, is clearly evident through the different projects in progress in the different fields either nationally or regionally. It was possible to know, through the study of regional development from the town of Ain-Tedeles , how is funding this development in this town. This funding is based on the capital budget, the different developing programs and the government revenues. This latter are insufficient because of lack revenues at some towns. This study shows that public contracts have a limited and relative impact on regional development at AinTedeles. This is due to many reasons such us the disrespect of public contracts’ code. In the end, it was possible to conclude that public contracts don’t need only big budgets to achieve their goals, but they also require an effective management, and support from the government and the citizens.
