Abstract

The economic public enterprise noticed many modifications in terms of management in order to increase the effectiveness, profits and the competitive performance to keep the highest position of extablishement whether nationality or internationality. This aim requires a large a moment of many in addition to time and word work in order to keep the competitive performance This study aims to analyse the effect of the financial independence on the effectiveness and the performance of the company (2009-2015) by comparing the financial independence before applying it and without it. This study aims to analyse the financial performance and identifying the methods of evaluation besides the improvement of the company and knowing the effect and the relationship of the financial independence with the financial performance of the extablishement by evaluating the position of the company and identifying the effect of the financial independence on the company at the level of the performance. The result of the study shows that by applying the financial independence on Algerie Telecom has a great effect for improving the performance of the company by ensuring the use of a good financial indicators according of the type of the company (providing services), thus, there is a relationship in the case of applying the financial independence to gain the effectiveness and to improve the performance of the company.
