Abstract

The topic of accompanying entrepreneurship is one of the methods and policies followed by the state in order to solve the problems and difficulties that obstruct the establishment and development of micro-enterprises due to the advantage in advancing economic development and creating new jobs , by supporting and accompanying micro-projects in Algeria from just an idea to a factembodied in reality, which led to the creation of many organizations that aim to accompany entrepreneurship , most notably the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship , through a field study of the activity of micro-enterprises established under the branch of this agency in the state of Mostaganem , it is evaluated the experience of this organization in the field of accompanying the owners of investment projects in the region , for this purpose, the descriptive method and the analytical method was adopted. The most prominent results have been reached , that the micro-enterprises in Algeria are witnessing continuous development , due to the entrepreneurial accompaniment of the latter and the various financial and fiscal privileges provided by the agency , which in turn contributes to creating and spreading the spirit of initiative and encouraging entrepreneurship
