dc.description.abstractIn our study, we have tried to highlight the implications of motivation methods on the performance of human competencies, and that is through we touched on the theoretical side of the most important methods of motivation and motives for work, and by addressing in the practical side the extent to which the institution applies the incentive system and the extent of its impact on the level of employee performance. Thus, we can answer our problem. To what extent can incentives be considered a tool on which the organization depends in improving the performance of employees? In order to find a solution to our problem, we relied in our study on the research tool represented in the questionnaire, where we focused on the wage as a basic incentive that may be provided in any work, as well as working conditions and organization that may be one of the obstacles to implementing the incentive system, and we also touched on the level of workers' performance In Ram Sucre Mostaganem Foundation, the questions that we asked to the workers were divided into three axes, and then the results of the questionnaire were presented and discussed to ensure the validity of our hypotheses.en_US
