The objective of composting is to improve the physico -chimical and biological quality of manure to makeit a valued product that can beused in agriculture. From this work, we followed the composting process for a period of three months from February to May to assess the quality of compost produced, By analyzing the following parameters :Humidity, pH, organic matter content, organic carbon content, nitrogen and various nutrients. We opted for windrow composting to verify the performance of this mode, and report on the management of the fermentation area space. The pH reached 8,02 after 3 months of composting. The compost obtained has a fine fraction 2 mm It contains carbon contents 24,85 %, organic matter 41.71 %. 0.7 % Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium and C/N Acceptable 35.5 This value shows that the compost obtained and walled from international standards.en_US
