Abstract

At present developed countries are using a human resource strategy asimportant issue for managing firms. However developing countries do notuse this strategy. Therefore there are no enough researches about this strategyin this area. Thus, the problem here is that organizations avoid using humanresource strategy. So this study investigates how the use of that strategy will lead workers to focus on firm's goals. This study aims to discover the impact of ARITADJ Company's human resource strategy on its performance, through integration of this strategy with the firm's general strategy. This study tests the impact of human resource planning,managers' characters, environment, and organization structure on implementing human resource strategy in SARL EL ARITADJ.
