dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify information and communication technology in its dimensions: (infrastructure, information systems and communication networks, information technology requirements), and its impact on the performance of the organization in the Algerian Telecom Corporation in the state of Mostaganem. (35) Questionnaires, and (35) of them were retrieved. As for the questionnaires that are not valid for analysis, they were (03) questionnaires, we also used a program SPSS22 to test the hypotheses of the study, the study showed results, including:  The key to the organization's success and effectiveness is closely and directly related to the extent to which its employees know how to accomplish their work;  The use of advanced information and communication technology means improved the organization's performance; Algeria Telecom, in the wilaya of Mostaganem, has the ability to adopt new ideas and methods of work;  There is a statistically significant effect of the three dimensions of information and communication technology on the performance of a sample of Algerian Telecom workers in Mostaganemwilaya at the significance level (a = 0.05);en_US
