المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه تدريس المواد التطبيقية في معاهد التدربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر الاستاد

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية تدريس المواد التطبيقية في ميدان الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية مسلطا الضوء على التحديات المادية والبشرية والتنظيمية التي تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي في هذا السياق، كما يتناول البحث دور الأستاذ الجامعي في التغلب على هذه الصعوبات من خلال مهاراته البيداغوجية وخبراته المهنية. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستقصاء آراء الأساتذة حول هذه المعيقات حيث كشفت النتائج عن تأثير سلبي واضح لنقص التجهيزات وتباين مستوى الطلبة وضعف التنسيق الإداري على جودة التعليم التطبيقي مع توصيات بتعزيز الموارد وتطوير البرامج التدريبية للأستاذ الجامعي. // // // // // Abstract: This research aims to examine the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of teaching applied subjects in the field of physical activities and sports, highlighting the material, human and organizational challenges facing university professors in this context, the reaserch also addresses the role of university professors in overcoming these difficulties through their pedagogical skills and professional experience. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to investigate professors’ opinions on these obstacles, the results revealed a clear negative impact of a lack of equipment, varying student levels, and weak administrative coordination on the quality of applied education, recommendations were made to enhance ressources and develop training programs of university professors.
