dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the significant role played by human resources in improving the performance of institutions, through the importance played by the institution and human resource management, through good planning to obtain human resources as an effective and efficient component in any institution, based on performance standards and improving its levels. Through employment, training, motivation, resources, etc., the issue was addressed through a case study through a field study conducted at the Hospital Institution in Sidi Ali in the field of performance practice among employees and attention to them and the programming of training courses for their evaluation and development.en_US
