دور الإدارة الصحية في التسيير الفعال للنفايات الطبية في ظل ظوابط التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

The inappropriate management of heath care services wastes, inside the health institution or outside has been the biggest and the most dangerous problem that affected the environment and the public health, our research topic deals with this problem, its growing impact, its harmful consequences, and how to limit the latter via choosing the permanently management method, which goes with the legal system and the international criteria by an efficient health administration that deal with its wastes starting from its source of production ending with its treatment processing and its destruction. To enrich our research topic, this latter consist of a theoretical axis and a practice axis consisting of a case study about the reality of wastes management done by a group of public health enterprises cares. The first axis includes three chapters, the first one care services and the health administration and the definition of the health care services wastes in addition to delimit its sources and its different classification criteria The second chapter shows the major classification of health care wastes and the regards due to theme We also talk in this chapter about the various Algeria laws , that regulate or speak about the topic of health care wastes and wish limit its behaviors concerning the wastes of its various services according to this Algerian legislation In the third chapter , we talk about the steps and stages of the permanent management of health care services wastes from its production point to its destruction, starting from selection collection saving and transport ending with the various treatment techniques , then the second axis , the experimental one includes the fourth chapter which studies the realities of the masters management in the public health.
