Abstract

The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of national agencies and evaluate their results in facilitating the emergence process of small and medium enterprises, In addition to knowing the reality of these institutions in the economic fabric of Algeria And the attention given to it in the light of its dependence on the market economy, and to show the contribution of this sector to local development and the national economy . Through the field study at the level of the Agency for Youth Employment Support in the province of RELIZANE , based on the interview and analysis of the various official data provided by the Agency , We have concluded that the Agency provides facilities for people with projects in finance and tax benefits , It has also achieved continuous development in the number of small and medium enterprises and in various sectors, which have contributed to satisfactory results in supporting local development through providing jobs, mobilizing savings and diversifying economic activities.
