Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية: عنوان الدراسة: البيئة الفيزيقية وانعكاساتها على جودة الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بالمدارس الابتدائية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع البيئة الفيزيقية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية و انعكاساتها على جودة الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي.ولتحقيق ذلك قام الطالبان الباحثان بإعداد استمارة استبيانية تضمنت محورين اثنين. وبعد التأكد من صدق و ثبات الأداة شرعنا في تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية التي كان قوامها 50 أستاذا لمادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مستغانم. تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج على أن البيئة الفيزيقية المتاحة حاليا تنعكس إيجابا على جودة الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي. // // // // //

Abstract:

Study Title: The Physical Environment and Its Impact on the Quality of Teaching Competence of Physical Education and Sports Teachers in Primary Schools. This study aims to shed light on the reality of the physical environment within educational institutions and its impact on the quality of teaching competence of physical education and sports teachers at the primary education level. To achieve this, the two student researchers developed a questionnaire that included two axes. After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, we began applying it to the primary study sample, which consisted of 50 physical education and sports teachers at the primary education level in Mostaganem province. They were randomly selected using a descriptive survey approach. After statistical processing, the results showed that the current physical environment positively impacts the quality of teaching competence of physical education and sports teachers at the primary education level.
