Abstract

The world is passing at this stage a period of intense competition between the countries of the support area and upgrade the space medium and small and micro businesses and leveraging to meet the requirements of sustainable development in all areas of economic, social and environmental rights, and now these institutions represent a choice strategic and most practical alternative facing the developed and developing nations, and that because of its property that qualify them to achieve the desired growth rate and to overcome the structural imbalances that prints their economies, so that it should not allow balanced and sustainable growth of local development in these countries without the support and development of medium and small and micro enterprises. On this basis and given the rapid economic development, Algeria is looking like the rest of the countries seeking to promote such institutions through the adoption of an integrated strategy on which to guide the benefits of these institutions to serve the overall development and sustainable local development in the different areas of its constituents.
