Abstract

In this research, we studied a very basic function, which is the storage function in the economic enterprise, and its major and essential role in the management of the economic enterprise, by providing the material means and conditions necessary to preserve the enterprise's stock, and providing a good environment for launching the production process and marketing in the best conditions. And with the required quality that achieves the objectives of the institution and maintains its reputation in the market. Our topic also dealt with the various methods used in managing the stock and its stages in the economic corporation in general, and the Bitumen Oil Center in particular, and from here we discover the extent to which the corporation achieves the economic shift and achieves its goals whenever it is interested in managing its stock.
