Abstract

The objective of this study is to emphasize that TQM is of utmost importance to the contemporary economy because it has an impact on the institution and its survival. The Algerian institutions must pay attention to the overall quality that will improve productivity and enhance competitiveness in Local and international markets. The productivity of the institution increases if its quality improves. Therefore, total quality is one of the ways to help create competitive advantage and the method adopted in all activities of the institution in order to access its products and services to the level of universal acceptance and thus obtain the international certificate of conformity ISO.
