Abstract
The Fusarium sp. is the causal agent of root dry rot of citrus fruits that causes the sudden death of trees.
The sauge Salvia officinalis is a medical and aromatic plant of the Lamiaceae family, which contains phenols acting with an effect on fungus. On that we make an "in vitro" test of the essential oil and methanoid extract on the Fusarium sp.
The results of "in vitro" test of the effect of salvia officinalis sage leaves on myceliene growth and sporulation, show a correlation between the doses of the two extracts (essential oil and methanoid extract) and the Inhibatation rates, indeed, in fact the most the extract is hihg, the more the growth of myceliene is weak.
