استخدام المنافسة واثرها على تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية في الكرة الطائرة عند تلاميد مرحلة التعليم المتوسط

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المنافسة في تعليم بعض المهارات الأساسية في الكرة الطائرة لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، حيث افترض الباحثان أن للمنافسة دوراً في تحسين الأداء المهاري للتلميذ، وكذا مساهمتها في تحفيزه وتعزيز تفاعله مع الحصة. اعتمدنا على عينة قوامها 50 أستاذ تربية بدنية ورياضة من الطور المتوسط بمختلف ولايات الوطن، وهي عينة عشوائية، مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان مكوّن من 32 عبارة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج تؤكد أن للمنافسة دورًا في تحسين تعليم المهارات الأساسية في الكرة الطائرة، مثل: الإرسال، الاستقبال، والتمرير. لذلك نوصي بضرورة دمج أساليب المنافسة التربوية ضمن المناهج المعتمدة، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية محفّزة تسمح للتلاميذ بالمشاركة النشطة والتعلّم من خلال التحدي، مع تدريب الأساتذة على كيفية توظيف المنافسة بشكل تربوي فعّال. // // // // // // Research Summary: This study aimed to identify the role of competition in teaching some basic volleyball skills among middle school students. The researchers hypothesized that competition contributes to improving students' skill performance, motivation, and engagement in physical education classes. A random sample of 50 middle school physical education teachers from various provinces across the country was used. The descriptive survey method was adopted, and data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 32 items. The findings confirmed that competition plays a positive role in enhancing the learning of basic volleyball skills such as serving, receiving, and passing. Based on the results, the study recommends integrating educational competition strategies into official curricula, providing a stimulating learning environment that encourages active student participation, and training teachers to effectively apply competition in a pedagogical context.
