Abstract

This study aimed to know the various programs that have been developed regarding employment policies and the obstacles and factors for activating and succeeding these policies in Algeria. Through the creation of technical and economic devices and methods to take care of the problems of young people in providing jobs, Algeria has subsequently adopted several employment policies in order to alleviate unemployment and promote employment.
