Abstract

This studyaims to address the importance of the agricultural sector in supporting and stimulatingeconomicgrowth in Algeria, with a focus on the key agricultural assets and the need to invest in the use of smart agriculture. The studyalsodiscusses the main reforms and development programs aimedatrevitalizing the agricultural sector. The case of Mostaganem Province demonstrates, thanks to its fertile lands and diverse agricultural production, thatitplays a prominentrole in both the local and national economy. However, despite the implementation of variousdevelopment programs, the desired goals for the sector have not been fullyachieved.
