| dc.description.abstract | Thisstudyaimstohighlighttheimpactoforganizationalculturewithinhealthcare institutions,throughafieldstudyconductedatanophthalmologyhospitalinBechar.The studybeginswithaprimaryquestionabouttheextenttowhichorganizationalculture affectsemployeeperformance,focusingonelementssuchasteamwork,valuesof commitment,andinnovationwithintheworkenvironment. Thestudyadoptedadescriptive-analyticalapproachandusedaquestionnairetocollect datafromasampleofemployeestomeasuretheimpactoftheprevailingcultureontheir jobperformance. Theresultsshowedaclearpositiverelationshipbetweenorganizationalcultureand performance.Itwasfoundthatanorganizationalclimatethatencouragescommunication, fairness,andmotivationenhancesemployeeloyaltyandincreasesproductivity.However, itwasfoundthatimprovingperformancestillrequiresongoingsupportforapositive culture,improvedmanagementmethods,training,andprofessionalsupport.
